Ginger and Clove essential oils are supportive of the immune system. Cardamom is uplifting yet soothing, and blended with Nutmeg for its antimicrobial and antibacterial properties. Coffea Arabica oil is stimulating and mood boosting. Cassia is used medicinally for digestive complaints. Cinnamon is stimulating and restorative. Lavender is dreamy and relaxing. Nutmeg is stimulating and good for mental focus.
